Patricia Rachel Schwartz
Patricia Rachel Schwartz’s career experiences directing and managing in nonprofit organizations led to assisting nonprofit staff and boards in building and leveraging strategic relationships- for funding and leadership sustainability.
Her many roles, including executive director, development director, major gifts officer, program director, facilitator and executive, team and major gifts coach have yielded insights, perspectives and practical tools she wants to share with you. She developed her highly effective story-based Relationship Building for Prosperity® model to help her nonprofit clients put the “fun” back in fundraising while strategically engaging key prospects and significantly reducing stress.
Ms. Schwartz is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), Major Gifts Coach, Team Coach and Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). She serves as faculty of The Center for Nonprofit Leadership, California Lutheran University and The College of Executive Coaching, a post-graduate coach training program. She loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking and camping with family and friends.

Pat Snyder has enjoyed a 40-year career in fundraising leadership and planned giving, serving as the chief fundraiser and planned giving officer for the Hawaii Community Colleges, Santa Barbara City College and Visiting Nurse & Hospice Care. For the past 12 years, she has provided planned giving consulting services for over 15 varied nonprofits in California and Washington State.
