About Patricia

While previously working as a business and nonprofit leader and then as a consultant, Patricia discovered that her employees, board leaders, clients and funders, respectively, made significantly greater progress toward their goals and/or became more deeply engaged when she asked them questions, rather than  giving advice. This insight lead her to explore the world of coaching, thus awakening a new passion and fresh direction for her career. Now, close to four decades into her professional life, Patricia continues to deepen her coaching expertise.

Based on her experience with clients over 20 years and proven processes that have worked well for them, she has created two coaching models she uses with individuals, teams and organizations: the Relationship Building for Prosperity℠ Stakeholder Engagement Model, which helps leaders create, map, and implement their vision and customized strategy for engaging various stakeholders toward their goals, and The Wellspring Method℠ Visioning Process, which helps leaders create and implement their strategic vision. Both of these models have been presented at positive psychology and other industry conferences in the US.

As an executive coach, Patricia works alongside her clients to identify their strengths and unfold their creative visions. By helping them come to a fuller understanding of their unique ambitions, talents, and sources of inspiration, she has guided thousands of clients toward positive transformation and thriving in their professional and personal lives. Her firm belief in using well-researched, proven methods makes her a coach you can rely on and a partner you can trust.

In the area of well being, Patricia is a nationally certified health and wellness coach.  She stays active by cycling, dancing, practicing yoga, volunteering, and hiking. She has practiced mindfulness for over two decades and applies her experience to coaching leaders in increasing emotional intelligence.

Patricia is currently writing a book/workbook and creating a 6- month Engagement Accelerator Practicum for businesses and nonprofits on her Relationship Building for Prosperity℠ Stakeholder Engagement Model.
