75-minute group coaching sessions to determine custom donor strategies for attendees

This online 4-session coaching group is a low cost, high value program for leaders (maximum 7 per group) who are ready to take your major donor program to the next level: to strategically and in a customized personal way cultivate donors. This small coaching group will include other experienced leaders like you, effective strategy tools, and support you in taking action with accountability to meet your development goals. You will have a chance to speak at each session and will be the “coachee” at least once, where the whole group helps you for an extended time period with your unique donor or board engagement challenges.

I have created an interactive model based on noticing what helps nonprofit leaders be excited, confident and successful in engaging their donors and boards, leading to raising more money! It’s called the Relationship Building for Prosperity ® Positive Engagement Method and strategy coaching process. We will use it and the practical, fun, hands on tools associated with it in the session.

The coaching group:

  • Uncovers ways to customize major donor cultivation you hadn’t previously realized

  • Connects you to your values, best experiences and what is important about your work and organization

  • Connects you to others in a fun way

  • Increases your confidence in fundraising

  • Gives you a specific structure, tools and plans to cultivate donors

About Coaching Group Leader, Patricia Rachel Schwartz, MA, PCC, BCC

Patricia Schwartz has 40 years experience in fundraising and nonprofit and business leadership. Patricia is a Professional Certified Coach (International Coach Federation) and Master Trainer specializing in Major Gifts and Executive Coaching. She works with staff and board leaders to maximize the positive engagement of their stakeholders (their donors, board, staff, community, etc.) and has raised over 12 million dollars. Patricia has held positions of executive director, development director, camp director and program director. She was trained in fundraising very early on, in the YMCA.

Patricia specializes in a strengths based approach to donor, board and staff engagement. This approach helps all stakeholders build on what’s already working to ignite innovation and increase bottom line results. She has developed a Relationship Building for Prosperity® Strategy Map and coaching process that will be published for nonprofit staff and boards in the near future.
