Welcome to Step 3 of The Wellspring Method℠ 5 Step experiential program. This coaching activity integrates Positive Psychology, Appreciative Inquiry, and Strengths Based Approaches in a way that directly taps your own potential, while increasing your resilience.
Step 3: Expand Your Wellspring
Still standing, in your imagination, enlarge the intersection of the 3 circles where you are standing until it is the right size for you. Do a 5 senses, 3D exploration with your hands, your feet, your eyes and ears. How big is the space? What does it look like in your wellspring zone? What sounds do you hear? What feelings do you have, physically and emotionally? Take in the inspiration and information for your vision. Feel your purpose, see your vision, and experience the confidence and desire to share your gifts.
If you are doing this independently, (without a coach) after this experience you may want to share it with a friend, or write your reflections in a journal to help deepen, clarify and illuminate your insights and experience.
